Call / Whatsapp : +91 94490 78126 to check the availability, if available block the dates required with us by WhatsApp and remit 25 % of total amount to our Bank account by NEFT / G Pay – 9739995061 ( K K Manjunath Kumar ) within one hour and inform us through phone. Once booking is confirmed we will SMS / Whatsapp or send email.

Balance 75 % should be paid one week before Check in date along with a copy of one of your valid Photo Id proof.

Cancellation Charges : ( For cancellations of Reservations )

1. Minimum charges 25 % of total amount if cancelled any day after booking. If cancelled 10 days before Check in date remaining amount will be refunded to customer’s bank account within 10 days.
2. 50 % of total amount if cancelled 5 days before Check in date.
3. 100 % of total amount if cancelled before 4 days or after Check in. No refund except Security Deposit.
